Job Description:

Modesto Christian School seeks qualified applicants to substitute teach in grades K - 12th. Candidates should be able to communicate it effectively to students. Candidates should have a love for children and classroom teaching, be well organized, highly motivated, and willing to take guidance from veteran co-workers. The ideal candidate will embrace the Mission of Modesto Christian School and our Statement of Faith. Modesto Christian School is located in Modesto, California. We are a Preschool-12 Christian school and fully accredited by WASC and ACSI.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for providing instruction, managing the classroom environment, and promoting student learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

Education Development and Work Related Experience

Preferred B.A. or B.S. and teaching credential
