We produce graduates who excel at the finest colleges and universities, establish purposeful careers, and know their value. This past year, ninety-four percent of MC graduates chose to attend a four-year college. Through our College Prep, Advanced Placement and Dual Enrollment pathways, MC alumni have chosen careers in medicine, law enforcement, science, education, administration, business, and technology. Others have chosen trade schools, technical schools, or other career pathways, including military service and pastoral leadership.
Modesto Christian School celebrates each unique child and uses intimate class settings to provide more opportunities for individualized instruction. From preschool to high school, we inspire students through transformative teaching and teamwork. MC develops each child’s unique intellect, skills, talents, and character within a community dedicated to academic excellence, personal responsibility, and individual service to God and the community.
Therefore teachers and coaches create hands-on learning in the classroom, on the stage, on the playing field and on the court. Partnerships with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Grand Canyon University (GCU), Modesto Junior College (MJC) Dual Enrollment, NorthStar, and Campus, provide numerous pathways for success. Likewise, our FLEX schedule is designed to develop the social and emotional (SEL) needs of our children.
No matter what the age, we work with parents to develop the spiritual, academic, athletic and artistic potential in every student. We also understand that each child has unique social and emotional needs therefore, it is our goal to develop the whole child.
We come alongside the child to demonstrate that at MC, we are always building together. Through a hybrid schedule of both traditional and block and through engaging asymmetrical and symmetrical learning, we encourage independent learning, high engagement and accountability, and exemplary skill building. Instruction is designed to grow the whole child and aims to build upon learning that surpasses public school curriculum and focuses upon a Christian perspective.
